Housing Boss Robert Tamburrini Used Tax Payers Cash to try and close down this web site and Failed!! He used Tax Payers money on two separate court actions against this site, one in his own name, a personal action. He claimed a photograph of him made him look ''Unprofessional, Lazy and Uncaring'', tamburrini's own words.
He lied to his committee and told them NGHA was granted Interdict. Tamburrini has brought NGHA into Disrepute. Mr Tamburrini, law abiding residents are waiting for your Resignation.

The law - abiding tenant of the public funded housing association who took this photograph of Housing Boss Tamburrini is claimed by the association to be Intimidating!!! Does Mr Tamburrini look if he feels Intimidated in any way? - e-mail the First Minster for Scotland with your views, please also let it be known how you feel about Thousands of pounds in Public Money being used to pursue after websites by individuals who believe Public Money grows on Trees!!!

£1.4 Million pounds Tax Payers money used for Window Dressing

North Glasgow GHA are spending £1.4 million pounds in Tax Payers money for a face lift to flats, which is supposed to cut fuel bills, with new overcladding, flats that have a history of chronic internal flooding. North Glasgow LHO Manager Jack Bennett who has a checkered history of pretense, has failed to produce any surveys by previous tenants of flats, which have had cladding, to find out how much money if any has been saved on fuel bills. One tenant said it's seems to be another expensive window dressing exercise. These flats should have been demolished and proper homes built.

A job vacancy had arisen for support, which was highly sought after, the councillors son was given the job by director tamburrini. Tenants claimed this was a classic example of you scratch my back, I scratch yours. It's alleged the former Councillor help a staff member get highly sought after housing with back and front gardens in North Glasgow.

Looking after our Own
Many disabled tenants who are finding it difficult to receive support from their landlord, are dismayed that NGHA are putting committee members first. Doreen Shaw who sits on the committee of NGHA is one of the elite few to have a Dispersed Housing Alarm Facility installed in their home. Mrs. Shaw is provided with an unobtrusive alarm. In the event committee member Mrs. Shaw needs help she can press a device, a pendant around her neck. This service is provided 24hr a day 7 days a week. Many disabled tenants who are not NGHA committee members are living in fear of the thugs, the association re-houses next door to them, and are afraid to leave their home.

Jumping A Sinking Ship

Finance Director of NGHA, Margaret Bradley has announced recently she will be retiring. Speculation grows on the future of her boss, tamburrini who used tax payer’s money to try and take down this web site. Numerous committee members have not been attending meetings, which is dominated by tamburrini's outbursts about this site. Bradley doesn't go without controversy, she refused to hand over a request for a copy of the Audited Accounts, which she has a legal obligation to hand over.

NGHA Audited Accounts 31 March 2005.
By law, RSLs must produce audited accounts each year. The accounts follow a prescribed format and they are audited by an approved firm of accountants (the external auditors). The audit
involves checking the RSL’s financial systems and transactions to ensure that the accounts present ‘a true and fair view’. NGHA abuse this, they have refused and deliberately have delayed to make available copies of these accounts on request to law abiding residents. They don't like to be scrutinized.
(They are refusing to produce Audited Accounts ending March 31 2006).
What are they afraid of?
